项目占地约800亩，其中主题园区占地约580亩，计划投资28亿元。项目结合华强文化集团在国内成熟的文化科技主题园区经验模式，紧扣中华复兴之路的主题， 围绕华夏文化特色，打造一个国际一流的新型文化科技主题园区，年接待旅游能力达到300万人次。据悉，2012年8月郑州市人民政府与深圳华强集团签约了华夏历史文明传承创新示范区战略合作协议，该项目以文化科技创新为主导，集创意、设计、研发、生产、展示、经营、商务于一体，项目计划分五期建设:一期郑州方特欢乐世界文化产业园基地、二期郑州方特梦幻王国文化产业基地、三期华夏非物质文化遗产传承展示基地(郑州中华复兴之路文化科技园区项目)、四期宗教文化博览基地、五期红色旅游文化教育体验基地。项目计划总投资240亿元。

It is reported that in August 2012, Zhengzhou Municipal People's Government and Shenzhen Huaqiang Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement for the innovation and demonstration zone of China's historical civilization and civilization. The project is led by cultural science and technology innovation, integrating creativity, design, research and development, production, display, management and business. In one, the project is divided into five phases: the first phase of Zhengzhou Fangte Joy World Cultural Industrial Park Base, the second phase of Zhengzhou Fangte Dream Kingdom Cultural Industry Base, and the third phase of Huaxia Intangible Cultural Heritage Heritage Exhibition Base (Zhengzhou Zhonghua Fuxing Road Culture) Science and Technology Park Project), Phase IV Religious Culture Expo Base, and Phase 5 Red Tourism Culture Education Experience Base. The total planned investment of the project is 24 billion yuan（ $3.7 billion）
